Return & Exchange Policy — Tetrad Pte. Ltd.
We offer a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to request an exchange.
Eligibility for Exchange
To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon collection or delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and arrange a suitable resolution.

Exchange Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the exchange approval. Upon approval, you may select a replacement item of equal or greater value (additional charges may apply if selecting a higher-priced item).
European Union Customers — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to request an exchange or cancel the order within 14 days of receipt, provided the item remains unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.
