Thank you for shopping with Guild Bullion. Below are the terms of our shipping policy.

Local (Singapore) Shipping

Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 12pm will be delivered on the same day.

  • Orders placed after 12pm will be delivered the next business day.

  • All other orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days.

Note: We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays unless otherwise stated.

Delivery Surcharges

  • Tuas and Sentosa: Additional $15 surcharge.

  • Shopping Malls: Additional $5 surcharge.

Any changes to delivery terms will be updated on our website’s main page.

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to high order volumes or courier issues.

Overseas Shipping

  • We currently ship to select international destinations.

  • FedEx is our appointed courier for overseas shipments.

P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or military (APO/FPO) addresses.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing the tracking number(s). Tracking numbers typically activate within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For overseas orders, Tetrad Pte. Ltd. is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred during shipping. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages & Lost Packages

We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, please:

  1. Retain all packaging materials.

  2. Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

  3. Notify us so we can assist where possible.

Returns & Exchanges

Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for information on item exchanges.

International Orders Notice

Due to the high value of gold products, please contact us before placing an international order to confirm delivery options and insurance requirements.
