When can I visit the shop?

We open on Sundays, 11am–6pm. Visits from Monday to Saturday are by appointment only. WhatsApp +65 9770 2921 to arrange your appointment.

How much is delivery, and how long does it take?

Shipping is free on all Singapore orders, with delivery in 1–2 days. We deliver within Singapore only. Overseas shipping is not available. Read our shipping policy.

How do I choose a gold bar weight?

Use the Gold bar weight filter on our Gold Bars collection. Open a product and select your preferred variant to check its exact weight, design, price and availability. Some products offer more than one weight.

Which currency are prices shown in?

Prices are shown in Singapore dollars (SGD). Where a product has several options, select your preferred variant to see its price and availability.

Can I request an exchange?

Please read our exchange and refund policy for the request period, conditions and exclusions, then contact us before returning an item.

How do I ask about a product or an order?
