Orders placed before 12pm may qualify for same-day delivery from 2–6pm; orders placed from 12pm to before 5pm may qualify for 7–11pm. The cutoffs above are from Guild Bullion’s published Singapore shipping policy. “Eligible” is deliberate: the policy says orders before those cutoffs may qualify for same-day delivery, subject to availability. Checkout shows “Daily Delivery,” and the store confirms the actual date and window. If a particular day is essential, message the store before purchasing.
How the delivery fee works
The fee depends on whether the order contains a gold bar, not on the number of different item types in the basket. A jewellery-only order is eligible for free daily Singapore delivery. A gold-bar-only order has a S$20 delivery fee. If you buy a gold bar and a necklace together, the same S$20 fee applies once to the order; it is not a second charge for the necklace. Review the final checkout total before paying.
For example, imagine choosing a 916 gold chain from the jewellery collection as a gift. With no bar in the order, the published delivery charge is free. If you also add a gold bar, the published charge becomes S$20 for that mixed order. Plan a smooth delivery handover
Before ordering, confirm the recipient’s Singapore address, unit number and a phone number at which they can be reached. Choose a time when someone can receive the order during the confirmed window. If the purchase is a surprise gift, consider who can accept the parcel without revealing it early. The store does not ship overseas or to P.O. boxes or military APO/FPO addresses, according to the current shipping policy.
Keep the order confirmation and purchase details after checkout. Guild Bullion advises customers to contact the store with their order number for delivery updates or tracking assistance. Do not infer that an unconfirmed checkout window is a guaranteed appointment; wait for the store’s confirmation before making plans that depend on the precise delivery time.
Inspect the item when it arrives
Compare the delivered item with your order and inspect it promptly. For jewellery, check the design, visible condition and any pieces or components you expected. For a bar, check the product details and packaging without assuming that a generic image or seal proves anything about the exact item. Keep the packaging until you are satisfied with the order. If the order is damaged, incorrect or missing, Guild Bullion asks you to retain all packaging, keep the order number and photographs of any damage, and contact the store so it can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.
